The Brighton Story

Brighton, Massachusetts… When our friends Tom and Nathan approached us about their group’s interest to bring American Flatbread to a new Boston Landing complex we couldn’t resist. After all, there aren’t many combinations better than pizza and sports! Beyond that, with roots dating back prior to the American Revolution as a farming community which led to Brighton being one of Boston’s most important gardening neighborhoods we knew we wanted to be a part of the revitalization of the area to help place a spotlight on Brighton’s early years. We look forward to getting to know the people of the Brighton community and being part of it’s future.

Dining Reservations

  • Dining reservations can be made for groups up to 16 in our space
  • Please be sure to select your comfortable dining space as there are a few options!

Bowling Reservations

  • Reservation Size:
    • The guest count you provide will inform the # of lanes reserved
    • Parties of 1-7: ~ 1 bowling lan
    • Parties of 8-14: ~ 2 bowling lanes
    • Parties of 15-21 ~ 3 bowling lanes
    • Parties of 21+ please inquire about an event below!
  • Reservation Duration
    • Given that our lanes provide FULL service dining / beverage service, we suggest a 2 hour reservatio
    • If you’re looking to bowl for a shorter duration – don’t fret, we can charge on a 1/2 hourly basis!
    • Looking to stay longer? Be sure to ask the host! We might have other parties scheduled after yours!
  • Can we eat at the lanes?
    • You sure can! Our lanes are FULL service! That means pizzas, salads, desserts and beverages can be consumed directly at your lanes.
    • Your group will have a dedicated service staff member taking care of you through the duration of the event.
  • How much does it cost? (Parties of 2-21 || 21+ event pricing applied!)
    • Bowling cost $35 per lane hour
    • Bowling shoes $3.50 per pair
  • Running late?
    • All reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the given time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please call!

Our dough is made daily from 100% organic wheat that is milled into white flour and the wheat germ restored. One large flatbread is generally enough for two people.
