and roasted red pepper*^-olive-anchovy tapenade*


Elmer Farm roasted carrot purée
with Golden Russet Anaheim peppers*^, roasted red peppers*^,
sweet corn*^, basil*^ and a Vermont cheese mix*


Caramelized onions with Champlain Valley Creamery’s “Pyramid Scheme”,
Asian pears*, prosciutto, mint* and black pepper


Open faced apple* tart* with a Grafton cheddar tuile*^
Add a scoop of local ice cream for $2
