Each week American Flatbread Restaurants create thoughtfully balanced flatbread specials. The specials highlight the bounty of the season as well as accentuate local specialties and artisan foods.

with crème fraiche* and spicy pepita brittle garnish

Local Salad

Thyme-roasted Shakey Ground sweet potatoes*
with balsamic reduction, New Leaf Organics radicchio*^, scallions*,
radishes* and “Boucher Blue” cheese*

 Flatbreads

Shaved Elmer Farm Fennel*^ with sage-dusted apples*,
caramelized onions and VT Farmstead “Blueberry Windsordale” cheese*

Roasted chicken* and tomatillo*^ sauce
with Maplebrook Farm cheese curds*, Elmer Farm fresh corn*^
and oven roasted Golden Russett Farm anaheim peppers*^

Local Cheese Board

Champlain Valley Creamery’s “Pyramid Scheme” cheese*
with local honey*, toasted almonds and organic figs^

Dessert

Gingerbread-apple* upside down cake*
served with a scoop of Farmhouse ice cream*^
