Each week American Flatbread Restaurants create thoughtfully balanced flatbread specials. The specials highlight the bounty of the season as well as accentuate local specialties and artisan foods.

scallions*^ and served with house rosemary focaccia

featuring Orb Weaver “Waxed Rind”,
Landaff Creamery’s “Landaff”,
Boston Post “Tres Bonne”
and “Gisele” cheeses with garlic*^ and baby spinach^

with fresh mozzarella, corn*^, arugula^
and balsamic reduction
