Made with 100% organically grown wheat comprised of 5% Vermont’s own Gleason’s Grains stone ground whole wheat, 95% white flour with restored wheat germ, good vermont water, kosher salt and fresh yeast.

One regular-sized flatbread is generally enough for two people.
