Pansies, stock, cosmos, nasturtium,

Geranium, marigold, impatiens, sweet alyssum,

Begonias, fuchsia


Small planted gardens, big fields’ tilled rows

With green shoots, newly mown hay and

Brimming farmer’s market.


June bugs, Warren Falls, swimming and laughing,

People in love, smiling babies, summer sun,
